Nut Flour

Nut flour is a great ingredient to have on hand when your recipe calls for it.

 

 

  1. Put the nuts in your food processor.
  2. Process until the nuts are a fine powder.
  3. Store in an airtight container.  The flour will keep in the freezer for a long time, but if you’re storing in your refrigerator, use it within a few weeks.
